Their customer service is appalling these days & non existent right now for me. Given that I pay to be a full verified member & have done so for many years you would think they could at least reply in over 2 wks? I placed a pet ad with no issues. Website constantly reminds you to renew your ad to keep it at top of listings. So when doing so I simply updated the advert to show one is now reserved & updated a few new photos to show their typical puppy coat now changing from black. It's bn over 2 wks now & still my ad is not live?? I've emailed them several times asking pls can they make my ad live yet no reply..Ive emailed to ask if there's an issue with my advert & still zero reply so no idea why they never reply or can't renew my ad? It's frustrating as trying to find new homes for my pets & I'm actually paying for a service that doesn't exist. Appalling given how many scammers & timewasters are on these sites with fake accounts. It's bn almost 3 wks now sith no explanation.
