Very complicated system. They have made themselves one of these new age companies where they don’t operate phone lines to save on costs. So everything has to be done by email. They say you can leave a voicemail if you do call but they don’t return the message. They pretend to have a number but really it’s useless
I am struggling to get invoices from them. Then they have the audacity to send me a half created booking confirmation that doesn’t show the months the date I paid or even that I have paid in order to claim it back. I asked for an invoice for the 3 payments I made. Instead they give me an email with missing dates and guess work. Shoddy company. I won’t be using again as I cannot get something so
