My installation was put back which was a hardship for me. I had out of town company coming in had to change our schedule to accommodate them. Said their truck broke down. So Eddie the scheduler told me I would receive a $25 gift card for my inconvenience. This was in February. He has told me numerous times he will drop it off but I get nothing. After how much I just spent I feel sorry I chose this company. Beware Eddie
