They worked nonstop until it was done in one day. Was as neat as possible and protected the floors with drop cloths. Very helpful in installing the shower rod and the shave bar where I could reach, as well as the curtain rod set at the right height for my curtains. They did an awesome job! Love it
My experience was good. There were a few things that didn’t go as planned; however the overall experience was good. The installers were courteous and professional at all times. They took the time to cover my floors and stairs before starting the process. Explained everything, made sure they had all the materials. If they didn’t have a part they let me know and explained why. The installers were great.
From beginning till end everyone I encountered was helpful, informative, professional and yet friendly. Salesperson Eddie was a great person to meet and make me comfortable and at ease in regards to what will become of my shower remodel. The materials are of greater real quality and not your fitter acrylic like some other names I will not mention that can do the job on a lower scale but my over 100 year old home needed the real stuff to bring this old house back to life. The installers did great, they went right to work, were not in the way, the work debris was to a minimum and was very cleaned up after the install was done. I also did flooring as well which made my install 2days rather than one, but very worth that time to make the whole project come to a close. Very glad I went with Premier Home Pros.
Brandon McMullen did a fantastic job in every way. He came on time. Made sure placement of niche, corner shelves, seat, grab bars and shower head were where I wanted them. It took 2 days and he cleaned the work area each day. He explained everything when he was finished including how to care for my new shower. He was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about his job. It was a pleasure having him install my shower. Thank you!
The installation crew was very friendly and answered all our questions. They cleaned up after the finished, could not tell that they were doing any construction in our house. I would strongly recommend this crew to anyone. GREAT JOB
A bit pricey but everyone was nice, knowledgeable, communication was great. The installer was professional, cleaned up didn't even really know he was there. He kept busy and also communicated on what he was doing.
Ryan our installer was excellent!!! Condos can be a nightmare. You never know what you will find behind the walls. He tackled those issues and installed our 2 bathrooms professionally and made sure all was done right! Even though it took a little longer, he did it “To standard, not to time!” Very happy!
The crew we had was efficient and did a great job on the installation. Didn’t think they would accomplish all of that in one day. They cleaned up well afterwards. Just a suggestion that stopper in sink should be closed before demolition. We had a lot of construction debris in the drain. They also left a tool by mistake. If I had more work done, I would like them to do it.

We had a great interaction with the sales team and were really looking forward to our shower installation. Initially, we were told that the installation would take one day, maybe two at most. However, it stretched to three days and is still not fully completed. I was promised a full ceiling remodel down to the studs, but my ceiling was only addressed after I brought it up to the subcontractor, who just painted it poorly with what seems like a single coat. The company assured us they would not use subcontractors, yet the entire job was outsourced. The subcontractor worked for less than four hours on the first day and tracked snow, mud, and water all over the house. My carpeted stairs ended up completely dirty, and the bathroom areas were left in a messy state. I found myself having to clean up after them. As it stands, my shower is missing a door, the grab bar, the drain is bent, the ceiling has stains, the caulk is bubbled and poorly applied, and the bench seat lacks finishing edges. They also failed to install the fan because they sent the wrong size. The crucial caulk where the shower floor meets the walls is completely absent. Given the high cost of this shower, I am thoroughly dissatisfied and cannot recommend this company for any services. I feel completely let down. While the contractor was friendly and courteous, the overall experience has been frustrating, and the final result is subpar. We were really hoping for a positive outcome, but the sales team seems out of touch with the installation teams, and the workmanship in my home has been poorly executed.
