In the end of November we received a phone call offering a better deal from Premier Talk than the one we had. We decided to go for it. This Wednesday our old supplier stopped and the Premier talk should have started. But nothing happened, so we rang And got informed that we will be 2 weeks without internet because we changed from EE. None of this was informed, we did not know this other wise we would have kept the contract we had.On this Wednesday we spoke with different managers, and they said they would be contacting back. On Thursday there was no contact, so I rang around 4pm spoke with a lovely lady(don’t remember her name), but there was no managers available to pass the call to.. so she kept my number so someone could ring me today, of course no one did. So I rang again today, guess what?? No managers available again today, and the lady that spoke with me was rude but rude and with a really bad attitude. I have reason to be upset, Hannah(lady with whom I spoke couple minutes ago) has no reasons to be having an attitude towards me. Anyway, we just wanna cancel this new contract and now they saying we might need to pay the early contract cancellation fee for a service we didn’t even used.My partner works at home, self employed and without internet she can not work. No work no no money!!!! This is two weeks before Christmas!!! Worst experience i have ever had with any supplier of whatever. Stay away from them people, it is all good whilst there is no problems.Reply:This is not yet resolved, we are still waiting for our money back, also who is going to give us back the 3 weeks without internet? Money we didn’t make, netflix, prime video services I was paying for that we couldn’t use.. also the fact that this was dragged for a month with you fighting to keep money you took of our account!!also the fact that when this review initial was written you asked for references to prove it was a real experience, they were given, you were aware it us was, you talked about the review with my partner, asking her to take it down in exchange of getting a refund, and last week(a month after all this started) unbelievably, I received an email of trust pilot asking for copy of the documents(contract with you) because you didn’t believe I actually had an experience with you after my partner was on the phone with you for many many times.No, this is NOT resolved at all, I am still mad, this review is not coming down. We had the worst experience I can remember.
