Terrible company. Have been with them for years and was originally an Expert Telecom customer. Was transferred to Premier Talk and the cost doubled to £51 per month!!! Contacted them when they wanted to install Fibre to the Property (which I don't need as I have a different method for internet access).Like someone else mentioned have been told to pay a £299 cancellation fee, which I have paid by online banking. Instead of cancelling my account
I can't believe what a rip off, I was talked into digital and then I wanted to reduce my bills. I cancelled my landlines as not being used. And agreed a new bill £35.99 per month reduced from £59.93. Then I get charged £77 for router also £172.80 line rental fee. Which equals £56 per month if divided into 12 months and I don't even have a landlines now. Disgusting, wish I'd stayed with BT. Guess what? Another month goes by… another bill… AVOID THIS COWBOY COMPANYI have a recording where I phoned up and spoke to a CS representative that I assumed at least had a couple of brain cells and cancelled my DEAD mothers contract. Now months have gone by and this (fill in with whatever expletive you’d like) show of a company is still sending bills through.Repeated emails sent to say my mother is dead. All ignored, no reply. I refuse point blank to phone this cowboy company to be on hold and then maybe get to speak to someone that is an absolute oxygen sucker.I’d like to complain to OFCOM but guess what this shady underhand company isn’t registered. I seriously don’t know how anyone that works there can live with their conscious. Your job is to mislead and take advantage of the elderly and vulnerable. Please just go get a job stacking shelves at Tesco’s - at least then you’ll have a proper rewarding jobI don’t want or need your condolences. You’re a farcical company, a complete joke, but not that funny because you prey on the elderly, so you are scum.3 months and you can’t even remove and close an account.As much as I like to think you’ll escalate this as a matter of urgency I don’t think you have the cognitive ability to do even the simplest of tasks, ie have the basic civility to reply to the numerous emails I’ve sent.
Mya called me today with regards to my voicemail that I had not been able to receive since my line was upgraded to digital she soon got the service restored for which I thank her as I have hospital appointments that I was worried about missing many thanks Mya !!! 26
My dads phone line was dead, he is 98 years old and needs his phone line for safety and welfare reasons. I reported the fault to JAMES who reassured me that it would be fixed as soon as possible. The line was repaired within 24hrs and i got a text and my dad got a phone call to tell him that all was well. OUTSTANDING service.
My broadband was a little slow this time but thankfully I spoke with Ryan again and the issue was soon resolved.Mya thank you for your email with link for boosters, I have now purchased them waiting for them to arrive. Thank you again both for the help.
The hardest part of this experience was getting through to talk with customer services but once through I was greeted by Ruby who was courteous and brilliant throughout. My questions were answered transfer to new home arranged and win win a better deal than the existing one. Everything explained clearly and now pressure to do more than I wished. My new home will have a new number router etc at or near to the move in date.
