I live in a Premier Estates managed property, the service charge has gone from £2000 to over £4300 in 5 years? HOW? All the costs on the accounts just increase, there is very little work done to reduce residents costs. I will now be asking for all the last 5 years proof of accounts and invoices, to be looked at thoroughly, I hope they are not doing anything illegal for their own sake...
