Never ever will I stay in Premier Inn again better spend the night on the streets with homeless people on the bench. We checked in, entered the room after 5 min we , and got the call that we had a family emergency and had to leave. We asked for a refund, but they said it's not possible, the room cost us 120£. Massive company can do better than that they dont care about them costumers and on top room bad worth like 7£ . Thats in Gatwick Airport
