We arrived and firstly the TV didn't work, We were then moved to another room, although that was ok but we practically unpacked, so everything was bundled up to move. Then as we were settling in. Our door opened and 2 ladies walked in. You can imagine the shock horror. I was so raged I didn't go the desk to complain it would have been heated. But they know what they done because the ladies would have gone down and explained. Then when the toilet was flushed. Water from the base of the toilet came out all over the bathroom floor. When I got home I reported all this to guest relations. I spoke with Mohamad he gave me a ref number. But they have done nothing. I have called on a few occasions to find out what is going on regarding my complaint and each time I'm assured they will come back to me and let me know. And nothing. Premier Inn ruined my entire weekend and have done about it. It appears to me they really don't care about anyone getting a good nights sleep or feeling relaxed after staying in one of their hotels.

I had a booking at Premier Inn and paid the highest rate just to ensure that I could cancel if needed. However, I found out that cancellation was not allowed. When I called customer service, I was connected with someone in India, and it was difficult to understand her accent. She was also quite rude and impolite.

I was informed that I should have cancelled by 1 p.m., which is two hours before the 3 p.m. check-in. I attempted to cancel at 2:10 p.m., but the system wouldn't allow it. After that, I called customer service for assistance, but they were not helpful at all. The representative even suggested a different rate, a standard one, instead of helping me book the same rate I had already paid. This would have resulted in a loss of money on my part.

In the end, we lost £100, but Premier Inn lost a customer forever.

Camborne Premier inn. Great room, pleasant staff.
Went to breakfast and was shocked at the road workers in their overalls, these were absolutely filthy with asphalt deposits plus general dirt. Are overalls not to cover normal closes, there workers were in the bar in the evening in casual close so why can't they come to breakfast dressed the same. Is asphalt not a carcinogenic.
Is this a management issue or do senior allow this.

Premier Inn, Oswestry

Big hotel with ample parking, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was very clean, our room on the first floor was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, tidy and the shower was really good and refreshing!

Very comfortable bed and pillows.

Currently no restaurant as they're in the process of building it but there were complementary hot drinks (really good coffee), pastries and fruit at breakfast time - there was also an American diner, Starbucks and KFC near the hotel and it's not too far from the town.

I'd definitely recommend the hotel and would definitely stay again.

A Wonderful Stay at a Comfortable Hotel

I had a delightful experience at the hotel. My partner had an injury and needed a wheelchair, so the availability of lifts was very helpful. The hotel was exceptionally clean and inviting; I particularly enjoyed the reception area and the restaurant being developed next door. All the staff were fantastic; despite being short-staffed, the young lady attending to customers during breakfast was wonderful, and the person who checked us in truly made us feel at home. Our room was lovely, spacious, and well-designed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing the best sleep I've had in a long time. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return. I also appreciated that the town center was just a 15-minute walk away, offering plenty of shopping options. Well done to the hotel for exceeding my expectations!

Higher prices but similar issues as other budget hotels

This place costs more than other budget hotels yet offers a comparable experience. Many rooms have stained carpets, which is disappointing. It might be worth considering adding inexpensive rugs that can be easily replaced. I've had to request a change of bedding multiple times due to significant stains on the duvet and pillows, as there are no protectors provided. Additionally, despite claims of not accommodating migrants, I have personal knowledge that contradicts this.

Exceptional Assistance from the Team at the Hotel

The staff at the hotel in Honiton were incredibly helpful, with Jane and Lauren going above and beyond to ensure our stay was both relaxing and comfortable.

Room Amenities Lacked for Two Guests

I reserved a room intended for two adults, but it only had one chair. With two people staying, there should be adequate seating for both. One of us had to either sit on the bed or stand, which was uncomfortable and not acceptable. Given the amount paid, I anticipated the room would cater to the needs of two adults. This seemed like a case of prioritizing cost over guest comfort. Overall, a disappointing experience that makes me hesitant to book again.

Disappointing experience with check-in policies

I attempted to book for a 0030 arrival but was informed that check-in wasn't allowed until 1500. I decided to grab a coffee, only to be told I couldn't sit down. I felt disrespected by the unfriendly staff. I will not be using this service again - truly disappointing.

Unjust parking fines right before the holidays.

Received three unjust parking fines right before the holidays. One at a location that claims to offer free parking, but the service failed to inform the management. Two additional fines at another city, where I paid £7.50 per night at the machine in the lot, with no information provided by the hotel during the automated check-in. I've deleted the app and will not be using it again.
