Very disappointed in my stay. I was away for work and unfortunately forgot my toothbrush. In a usual establishment they would offer a free one since the cost is already inflated. They tried charging £10 for a toothbrush costing less than £1 which is utterly ridiculous which has completely tarnished my opinion of the company. Disgraceful
