I had one of the worst experiences at the Premier Inn Uxbridge Town Centre. The hotel advertises on-site parking with a charge, but in reality, there is no parking available, and guests are directed to pay for separate parking elsewhere. This was very misleading, especially considering the room already cost £72 for one night. In the morning, when I asked for toothpaste, I was told it wasn’t provided and that I would need to purchase it from a vending machine for £3. To make matters worse, there are no telephones in the rooms, which adds to the overall inconvenience. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing stay.
