I have purchased two of the divan beds with ottoman storage. Each time it has been easy to use the website and communication has been good. The first one was delivered and set up with no problem- definitely a 5 star product and service. Unfortunately, the second bed wasn't connected so I had problems using the storage. It took several phone calls and extra parts sent out- as well as several visits from the delivery company to sort the problem- hence 4 star. The beds are fantastic- smart, comfortable and attractive. I would recommend them to family and friends. Thank you.
