I am very pleased with my mattress , it was very firm on delivery but a few days later and it is started to soften a little. I have a back problem abd I am getting up with no pain , better than the mattress I had before it.

Pickering is a premier inn I would…

Pickering is a premier inn I would never return to, as a long term customer I was horrified with the lack of customer service in the restaurant on 1/03/26. Not only were many things missing from the menu the duty manager was incredibly unhelpful, the food was dehydrated and the service was shocking. I would definitely not recommend using this premier inn.

Premier Inn comfort at home

We have used Premier Inns across the UK for many years and have always had a very comfortable sleep. Having now purchased a “Premier Inn” Mattress, only received in the last few days, we are delighted with the quality and comfort in our own home.

Disappointing

I had a premier inn mattress (Silentnight) replaced after a few months as it began to dip and sag. This has happened again on my replacement mattress. I contacted them again on the 16th Jan, I received a reply on the 29th Jan asking me to send photos in, which I did on the 31st Jan. I am still waiting for a response …. There are obviously a lot of complaints if you have to wait this long for a reply but they will not give me a partial or full refund as this is only valid for the first 14 days.I was expecting a premier inn experience but maybe I last stayed when they were partnered with Hypnos.

Sleep satisfaction

A friend recommended Premier Inn at Home mattress and so glad to use this service due to experiencing back pain. Straightforward and easy process from ordering to delivery of new mattress. Kept informed at every stage and on the day delivery slot confirmed and then driver rang in advance of delivery time. New mattress was delivered easily and old one uplifted as requested. Bedding bundle had already been received separately and was able to have new bedding and mattress in place to experience a blissful night's sleep. Game changer in terms of pain relief and would so recommend Premier Inn At Home mattress. Great from first night and I week on really comfortable.

Double Mattress

Bought the double mattress for my room, absolutely love it after staying at a premier inn in London great sleep best sleep ever, delivery was quick also got the bundle of pillows, mattress protector, and double duvet & pillow covers absolutely great buy would highly recommend this mattress

I spoke to Jenny at Premier Inn Beds about a problem with a delivery date. She was so pleasant and accommodating, and went out of her way to sort things out and make sure we could have our mattress delivered on the date we required.
