Getting a contractor to fix my boat at this marina is a nightmare. Their new app complicates the process with endless admin requirements. Even after submitting everything online, I found no access to the pontoons for the third time. What should have been a quick job turned into a frustrating ordeal. Other marinas manage with simple paperwork, but this place insists on their complicated system. Although I finally gained access, the experience was incredibly time-consuming.
