Extremely dishonest and misleading. They prioritize profits over customer care, showing no respect for long-term clients and their situations. After paying for my berth, the service was nonexistent. If you have difficulty with payments, they become aggressive. The customer service is the worst I've experienced. I recommend staying away.

Deceptive and Untrustworthy Service

Extremely misleading and untrustworthy. They only care about your money and show no regard for loyal customers and their situations. Once payment is made for your berth, the service disappears. If you struggle with payments, their approach turns hostile. The customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. Avoid at all costs.

Delighted Boat Owners at the Marina

We have been berthing at this marina for several years and also visit their other locations when on holiday. The team is consistently helpful. I can call for advice or inquiries, and they are always eager to assist. I would highly recommend this marina if you're looking for a lively atmosphere with plenty of activities, along with great retail and dining options nearby.

Frustrating Access for Repairs

Getting a contractor to fix my boat at this marina is a nightmare. Their new app complicates the process with endless admin requirements. Even after submitting everything online, I found no access to the pontoons for the third time. What should have been a quick job turned into a frustrating ordeal. Other marinas manage with simple paperwork, but this place insists on their complicated system. Although I finally gained access, the experience was incredibly time-consuming.

Regrettable Annual Contract Experience

Misleading Sign-Up Experience

I felt scammed and misled when signing up for a berth. There were hidden fees and rude staff. While the marina offers nice amenities for a day trip, I advise boat owners to stay away as it feels like a daylight robbery with unexpected costs.

Exceptional Customer Service

I had an issue with my berthing license last year and again this year. I spoke to a representative at the head office on both occasions, and she was incredibly helpful. A true asset to the team and definitely deserves recognition.
