It has been over three months, and my property management company still hasn't received the necessary information from my solicitor, leaving me unable to pay my service charges and receive updates about the property.
At many points of the buying process, I wanted to pull out from the transaction because I felt so helpless and stressed. Buying a property is stressful enough, but an unresponsive solicitor makes the process traumatic.
