The sale of my property has been extremely difficult due to changes required to the lease by the purchasers solicitor, however Charlie Clarke has been very efficient dealing with all the problems. The sale has taken much longer than normal but Charlie has worked through these issues, reassuring me along the way and trying her best to expedite requirements from all other parties.
I had a great experience working with Karen Coaker during the purchase of my house. She kept me regularly updated throughout the process, which made everything feel clear and well managed. I felt confident that all the necessary checks were carried out thoroughly and with attention to detail.

I was introduced to this company by my mortgage broker, and I deeply regret not doing my own research before committing to this solicitor. It turned out to be a stressful and traumatic experience.
My solicitor was rather impatient. When I asked for clarification, I was either told to "read the documents on the portal" or spoken to so impatiently that I couldn't follow. Emails went unanswered and phone calls were ignored.
Whilst they might be fine for standard property transactions, they might have struggled with my case. They offered no viable solutions to pending enquiries, and the matter only progressed when the seller’s side applied pressure to avoid my mortgage offer expiring.
Their service did not improve after completion. I was moved to a post-completion team with no contact details or updates. It has been over three months, and my property management company still hasn't received the necessary information from my solicitor, leaving me unable to pay my service charges and receive updates about the property.
At many points of the buying process, I wanted to pull out from the transaction because I felt so helpless and stressed. Buying a property is stressful enough, but an unresponsive solicitor makes the process traumatic.
Thanks to Licensed Conveyancer, Priti Mehta, the process of buying my house was as smooth as it could be (despite the absolute nightmare seller). The eWay Portal really helped with communications and the required transactions, keeping me (a total novice) fully up to date and on track. Priti helpfully and patiently responded to my many questions, which assisted with what would otherwise have been a much more painful process. Would definitely recommend!

Communication is non existent with this company. Any correspondence is frustratingly slow, much to the annoyance of other people in our chain. Our conveyancer seems to be unaware documents that have already been signed and returned. Avoid, find a company that’s competent.
