Absolutely disgusting service !!!!! This company have delayed our house move through poor communication only answering queries at 4am which is no good to anyone when needing answers quickly. They are holding up the house move chain of four couples. That is four houses sat empty waiting for answers, four couples who have taken time off work to organise their moves. Cancelled plumbers & builders as they cannot get access now due to premier property poor performance. We would not recommend their services to anyone. How we have been left in the dark is just not acceptable. My partner is 26wks pregnant & now sleeping on an air bed in an empty house due to their incompetence !!! Do not use this company absolutely shocking service !
