I ordered kitchen wall panels from this seller, but they delivered mirrors instead. I contacted the support team and they refused to accept a return or refund the £200. The product images and descriptions on their website do not match. Which should I trust? Be cautious of their RMA process; it offers no assistance. It's really disappointing to lose money with such a company.
