After reviewing several comments, I decided to order a kitchen splashback from this company. We requested a Silver mirror finish, but received a plain black mirror instead. The color does not match the website images at all. It looks more like a bathroom or hallway mirror rather than a splashback. When we tried to return it, they outright refused and provided no exchange options. It's crucial to note that they lack any return policies. This was a complete waste of my money.

From choosing a splashback to delivery, the process couldn't have been smoother. We uploaded a large photo from our dining room to create a splashback for the hob, and the detail that emerged is stunning. I plan to write another review and share a photo once the kitchen is complete. Excellent service, expectations fully met, and fantastic value for the price.
I ordered kitchen wall panels from this seller, but they delivered mirrors instead. I contacted the support team and they refused to accept a return or refund the £200. The product images and descriptions on their website do not match. Which should I trust? Be cautious of their RMA process; it offers no assistance. It's really disappointing to lose money with such a company.
I ordered a bespoke splashback for my new kitchen, opting for a wine bottle with grapes design. I was kept informed about its progress, and when it arrived, it looked fantastic and truly enhanced the kitchen. I used brushed brass fittings to secure it, and it looks great. I may even order another one to use as a cover for my induction hob, with drilled corners and button feet for elevation. 👍
