I was in a situation and my house was put up for foreclosure. I wasn't eligible for a another mortgage so I tried for a reverse mortgage. I googled Reverse mortgage and came across a company with wonderful ratings called Premier Reverse Mortgage! I connected with a Woman named Lynnette White who was amazing to work with. I can honestly say that I didn't know if I was doing the right thing or not. Lynette guided me through every single detail right till the end. She is the kindest , most knowledgeable, respectful loveliest person I have never met. Tony and Matt put the finishing touches on everything and it is now complete. Robert Alfano came through for us big time. I just retired and we wanted to tap into our home equity to buy a second home near our parents. A couple of other lenders had dismissed us without understanding our specific situation. We had a prior business that had passed a loss onto my personal tax returns and they could not get past that.
