I inadvertently ordered one rather than 3 packs of the same seed & immediately contacted the company instead of refunding & allowing me to reorder the correct amount they told me to place the second order & pay the extra postage let them know & they would refund but what happened? Both orders arrived on the same day and they refused to refund the additional postage - I’m a horticulturist & have bought seeds for decades from different companies & never encountered anything as unhelpful or inflexible as this company’s ’customer service’
