Good choice of varieties (all my favourites). Website a bit clunky, and no way to repeat a previous year's order (this is my third year of ordering a long list of veg seeds). Really good prices ! Order arrived promptly. 100% germination of everything I've sown so far.
Spring onion White Lisbon, 99 percent germination failureHave got four trays sown, some at different depths and different compost some with heat!! Even tried pre-germinating on tissue still no go!The seeds I got were marked Charles Dowding so should be good.Very Disappointed
I inadvertently ordered one rather than 3 packs of the same seed & immediately contacted the company instead of refunding & allowing me to reorder the correct amount they told me to place the second order & pay the extra postage let them know & they would refund but what happened? Both orders arrived on the same day and they refused to refund the additional postage - I’m a horticulturist & have bought seeds for decades from different companies & never encountered anything as unhelpful or inflexible as this company’s ’customer service’
Just received my first order from Premier Seeds and very pleased.Arrived in good time. Well packed and looking good. I'll know in a week or two about viability but I have absolutely no reason to doubt the quality.The seed potatoes are very fresh looking and well sized. Maybe a little expensive but they are heavy and carriage needs to be covered one way or another.Website: Having a way to find earlies and main crops / waxy and fluffy varieties etc without opening every variety would be very helpful. How about it?All in all I would have no problem reordering or recommending.
