The app only showed previous six nations matches, not the forthcoming ones. On one page it shows my subscription information, and in the products page it said I don’t have a subscription. Utterly useless.
Just bought the app to watch international rugby. However I can’t get the app on my smart TV, I have to cast it from my phone. The app kicks me out saying that I’m streaming on another device, but only have 1 device. Absolutely crap.
I encountered difficulties accessing the Premier feed to watch my team play. It was a Sunday, so I clicked on the support link and sent an email, not expecting much based on past experiences with customer support. To my surprise, I received a prompt response from a representative, who resolved my issues and ensured everything was functioning correctly. I couldn't have asked for better service.
This is the second time this month that I’ve tried to watch a rugby match on catchup. The match is available to click on, but I end up with a completely different one. It's utterly incompetent. The service feels amateurish and unreliable. I sincerely hope they lose their rights to broadcast this league. I would consider paying for a different provider just to ensure a properly organized service.

I accidentally signed up for the annual £11 per month streaming plan, and upon realizing my error, I opted for the £11 per month option instead. After reviewing both plans closely, I discovered they were annual plans rather than flexible ones. To make matters worse, my box wasn't showing the channel. I called the support team, not in the best mood, and spoke with a representative. They professionally and quickly canceled both plans and switched me to the flexible option, while also crediting my account for the £21 I had already spent. Now, I have the flexible plan and everything is working perfectly—fantastic customer service!
I had an absolutely terrible experience with customer service. I accidentally paid for an annual ‘pay as you go subscription,’ which is misleading. I didn’t realize until I was billed again after canceling my subscription. The representative I spoke to showed little concern and offered no resolution, even when I requested complaint line information, which I was told didn’t exist. I was advised to just email support after asking multiple times. This is a terrible company, and I will not be using their services again for sports; I'd rather miss all the games than deal with a business like this. Shocking.
