I am having problems with my inpixio studio pro 11 subscription. It stopped working a few days ago and last night one of their live agents connected me twice to this company. They said it was their IT Technical specialist. The first tech "Salem" was very nice, but basically told me that the version of software I was trying to recover was no longer supported by the company that makes Inpixio (even though I have 5 months left of my paid subscription). I then found my originial software disk and wanted to reinstall the software, but kept getting error codes. I went back to the avanquestusa website and again chatted with a live agent who sent me to theGotyourbacksupport again. The second tech I was sent to last night was RICK, who started off as friendly, then was more interested in selling me his companies services. He is typing all this while he has live access to my computer. When I indicated I was not interested in their paid services, this GOTYOURBACKTECH Rick was relentless, he would not take no for an answer. Thankfully, I was able to figure out how to disconnect from him, but it took me a few minutes. It was not a pleasant experience at all. Scary
