I have been in a loophole since the beginning of January. Our domain got canceled through our provider and we started our services back up to save all of our information. Long story short on 2/3 Denis spent quit a long time getting my email accounts figured out since I had at least 12 different accounts at that point. He spent all afternoon helping me hashtag through all of the accounts. We ran into another snag with the forwarding through our domain. We scheduled an appointment for the next day so I could contact our domain provider and ask some questions. On 2/4 I was 15 minutes late for me call with Denis so he was working with another client, but Julian jumped right in and was able to get my emails set up with the information I received and I was back in action in no time. Julian did one more check through and answered my questions I had. I was then transferred to Olivia and she was wonderful and helped me get signed up with a driver program that is lifetime. Thank you to everyone, I was losing hope of ever getting me emails back up and running and you guys saved the day. I will be taking some AI classes to get better acquainted with the next steps. I highly recommend GotYourBack Support. These folks know what they are doing and they are so patient with all of us that have no clue of what to do.

Transferring Info and Data to my new PC

Transferred my GYB to my new PC after old one died in big electrical storm. The techs I dealt with were easy to understand and answered all questions I had. I went ahead and extended my service for over a year. I find it is well worth the cost to me for my PCs health.
