Premium Credit or Go Skippy?
I have had a really concerning experience with Premium Credit. I bought car insurance with Go Skippy with payments through Premium Credit. I got a letter from Go Skippy saying I had not paid and my insurance would be cancelled. My bank account shows that payments were made by me every month as agreed.
I contacted Go Skippy's credit department who looked into it as emailed back that all was fine, payments had gone through. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Then I get a letter, dated 2 weeks earlier, saying my account was unpaid and my car is now uninsured!
I can't work out who is at fault - Go Skippy or Premium Credit so I'd recommend avoiding both :(
