It reduced my insurance first time in year's on a renewal, but didn't tell me i had to contact them to actually renew my insurance for the following year as everyone else just automatically renews unless stated.so furious that I had to contact them and worked out i lost the savings because I was offered a more expensive quote because I had to pay a deposit 😡
Everything very easy and straightforward except when I went to sign my agreement on line via “ Virtual Assistant “ Had to wait a very long time but no response so I had to contact a very understanding “ real” person who was going to send me out a paper copy for me to sign.To date this has not arrived!!!
Do not accept finance from these crooks through your insurance company, They chaged me £125 for supposedly not filling in a direct debit mandate but some how took it by direct debit, The web site where they insist you must go one is useless and down often, I did not take out any policy online so why should i have to go online and do something that is not required legally. I am going to the FCA about these theives. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere or dont have finance it funds horrible people like these
The insurance set up was straight forward and easy to understand even though I'm not great when it comes to technology but was straight forward enough.Keep up the good work your company do.
The emails, apon emails, when re-newed, demanding I, sign this credit agreement, or I will be charged £25. You have till this date. The way the email is sent, is very rude and makes you feel like, your done something wrong. They need to notice, that they need our business, not the other way round. It’s been took over by these people, and just from the emails it seems, there very dominating and demanding, and if you don’t do as ask, like a good little boy you get fined lol. It just throws me off lol they need our business not the other way round.

These documents are not very easy if you’re very dyslexic, the only way you can communicate is by the help message system which makes you feel inadequate due to the fact you can’t read properly or write the answers. Biggest thing is what was agreement for there’s not enough
