It reduced my insurance first time in year's on a renewal, but didn't tell me i had to contact them to actually renew my insurance for the following year as everyone else just automatically renews unless stated.so furious that I had to contact them and worked out i lost the savings because I was offered a more expensive quote because I had to pay a deposit 😡
