I have used premium mortgage twice. Both instances were great. They were very clear about what they needed, they were very responsive and they really helped push to get everything set prior to my closing date. I worked with Jolene Flaherty and she was always available and very nice. She provided me with all the estimates we requested. Her estimations were also very accurate. I was not surprised by anything at closing. I would recommend anyone looking for a mortgage use premium. If I ever need to buy a home again, I will use premium.
