PremiumSIM earns zero stars from me.I asked for help three times. They replied with the same template. Each time.They keep pointing me to “Services → Ersatzkarte bestellen” or “MultiCard bestellen.” I don’t see those options in the menu. I even sent screenshots. Still no real answer.Other carriers sent me a QR code in a few days. They could do that, but PremiumSIM somehow can’t! They insist I must be in Berlin to pick up the code for an eSIM and then get an email to activate it via QR code. I am abroad for several months. They are switching to 5G, rendering my SIM invalid. That would potentially leave me without service starting mid-June.They don’t read my emails. They send robotic replies. They run me in circles.No real solutions. No clear links. No empathy. Just copy‑paste replies.If there was a –1‑star option, I’d pick it.
