This is the worst sim I have ever used in my entire life. I have a contract for 9.99 Euro's but instead I get charged over 20 Euro's every month. From the first month I started using the sim since August last year I have been charged over 20 Euro's and I paid every penny.Every email I sent since last year there was no reply, all the calls I made they all say they don't speak English and they don't even make an attempt to help. Every other customer service I have encountered usually has someone who can speaks English to help those who can't understand Deutsch.Last year, I got a letter from them telling me to pay up for a service I had already paid for months before and if not I will be sued. I was so upset, how does a company send out letters to harrass their customers without verifying if the customer is owing or not. I sent an email concerning this and not a single apology was sent.I have tried everything I can and this is the last straw. If by next month I get overcharged again, then I am going to sue them.One of my greatest regrets of 2019, was using premium sim.They are fraudsters and should be shut down.
