Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced in Germany so far. At first, they sent a letter to my address and I felt everything was fine. It took three weeks, dozens of failed attempts to talk with them over the chat, the email, the phone, nothing worked. They charged me for a service that I did not use. The SIM card did not arrive.I asked numerous times where my SIM Card was with no reply until about 4 weeks later when I was told my address was incorrect. So please explain how the first letter arrived with the same address, yet all subsequent mail couldn't arrive because the address (same address), was wrong? These guys are unprofessional and fraudsters. I charged back the credit card transaction they made. They IMMEDIATELY contacted me via the same address they said was not correct to tell me there was a problem with billing.Right. So the address that doesn't work, suddenly does work when it comes to taking back the money using the banking system.Many months later. I find they have hired a lawyer to collect the first month of payment that I charged back to my account costing me roughly €100 to settle this.They are such an unprofessional bunch of scammers that I'm going to cancel my account next month and take my business elsewhere. Or I can get them to refund the amount that they cost me due to dealing with lawyers, THANKS TO THEIR OWN FAULT AND THEIR OWN UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR.Do not use PremiumSIM under any circumstances. You'll regret it.
