Worst experience ever with the support.I'm trying to solve an issue, had to call 6 times, send 4 mails. And it's still not solved.Among the experience I had with the support, they usually:* Ignore what I say, there is no discussion. If you tell your support to not discuss, replace them by robots. This will be more understandable* A person who suddenly hung up because she couldn't understand the problem* A person who criticized myself as a person* Every time I call, they tell me my address has a problem (that means I cannot receive any mail from them) while it is correct onlineYou are trying to save money on the support. Well, because your support sucks, we have to call, and call again which cost more than needed. Start automating some process online, send notifications on the web interface or emails. Best support is no need for support. I have 6 sim cards from different countries. I never needed to call or mail any of them, it just works.I know you hide under german law to justify every of your actions, no need to mention them.Probably going to cancel to go back to prepaid sim card. At least cost and time is predictable there
