Maybe a day or two later it will suddenly decide to connect. Traveling somewhere that doesn't receive free EU service? You better put your phone in a steel box to put it in airplane mode, because if it sends a single kB of data you will be charged 60 EUR (regardless of whether you actually use any additional data).Wait to speak to Customer Support in English? Good luck calling; most of their agents only speak German and none of them care to transfer you. It's OK though (they tell you) - you can always email their support team for English support. Except they don't read your messages and just reply with canned answers to questions you didn't ask. At least with a phone call you can get the small satisfaction of shouting at the idiot on the other end...
