This service is a SCAM! I sent my laptop for repairs in November and two weeks later was informed it was awaiting parts. Since then, I've received no communication despite multiple emails, and the provided phone number is not operational. I've now requested my laptop back with no response. This is unacceptable; I would give zero stars if possible.
