Complete Scam Alert

This service is a complete scam! I sent my laptop for repairs in November and was told it was waiting for parts that would take 1-2 weeks. Since then, I've had no updates despite numerous emails, and the phone number is inactive. I am now demanding my laptop back and cancellation of repairs, but still no response. This situation is completely unacceptable; I would rate it zero stars if I could.

Frustrating Experience

This service is a SCAM! I sent my laptop for repairs in November and two weeks later was informed it was awaiting parts. Since then, I've received no communication despite multiple emails, and the provided phone number is not operational. I've now requested my laptop back with no response. Terrible Experience

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I sent my device for a USB socket replacement and it took six months. They claimed delays due to staff issues. When I sought updates, they mentioned additional problems. After authorizing further repairs, I demanded my device back, which was returned with a scratched screen. This cost me a significant amount.
