I paid $995 for one of the biggest headaches. I bought a 1984 Chevy C20 manual, floor shift steering column from these people because the told me that they could give me a 12 month warranty on this column. After I ordered the column, I was told that it would be shipped the next business day. It was shipped a week later. When the steering column finally did show up, the key was bent in half stuck in the ignition. Not only was the key bent, the entire turn signal setup was too low. Joe crazy I thought, but as long as it worked, I would settle with it. The packaging was POOR to say the least. When I went to take the key out of the ignition, it broke. I called and spoke with the same guy. I was told to send pictures of the key. I sent pictures, I called, and nothing was done. Luckily my old key worked somehow. After installation was complete, I took it for a test drive and the blinkers stuck. They wouldn’t turn off after making a turn. I called about this as well, same result. What an i I supposed to do when they don’t call back and stop answering am together? It wasn’t long after that, ask well within the warranty period, the blinkers started coming on when I turned my wipers on. WTH? Then when I turn the blinkers on, the wipers would come on also. It’s done this for a couple months now and finally, the turn signals decided that they just won’t work, except when they feel like it. The wipers come on randomly driving down the road and won’t shut off. Yes, I’ve tried to get it replaced but the honesty of this company is ZERO!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS BUSINESS!! They are extremely dishonest, especially when you need to use the warranty or you need support. Now, if you want to buy something, they are quick to help out. Please don’t gone these thieves your hard earned money. They will rip you off and lie to you as well. I could’ve bought a really nice Ididit Steering column that would’ve looked better and made it much longer with no issues.
