I dealt with Jordan out of California. He was professional and responsive. I bought my 2010 Tacoma with 150k on it. The "indestructible" (if maintained) 5 speed auto transmission failed at 190k. I filled out a request on line and in minutes Jordan called me. Found an exact match with 63k miles.I had it shipped to a mechanic and upon arrival at his shop, The guy calls me and says he wanted $2k up front just to receive the tranny. He sent it back to the Fed Ex warehouse in Durham. Jordan arranged for me to pick it up there. I got it installed for $850. I have driven about 150 miles highway and city and it shifts perfectly.Jordan will be saved as my go to going forward
I have a 2014 charger SRT and like most chargers my ABS module went out. After spending $2,000 at the dealership just to have them say “ you have a bad ABS module and we can not get one”. So I reached out to premium used auto parts they responded very quickly and had what I needed. When I received the ABS module it was packaged very good and was in really good condition. I honestly don’t have any complaints. I would definitely use them again.
Please look at yelp reviews to see pictures of the rusty rearend assembly they sent me for $1,000.they say i saw pics of it before i agreed to it.what a lie.kathy called me because she saw i was looking for this part online and sold it to me on the phone.i should have known better but im almost 70 and disabled and wife is dieing from cancer and im on ssi.they wont even answer my texts or emails.please do not be scammed like i was.and look at the pics on yelp reviews for premium used auto parts.thank u.
Super shady site. Can’t look up parts can only send a request for someone to call you back. I get a call back with a quote only to get a different quote on Monday. Numbers are different. I’m left a message with an extension but they picked up immediately. Now they keep calling/messaging so I call the nine on the website and that number was different to.
Their website is super shady. You can't look up parts, you have to send them a request and someone gets back to you. Talked to a salesman named Jordan. I had already researched the part I needed and found it on multiple parts sites brand new for $200-$300. Jordan quoted me $395 for a used part. He then tried to tell me in this market, inflation, etc... When I told him I could get it brand new for way cheaper he snidely remarked something like "good luck dealing with them and getting the wrong part then" before he hung up on me. Hey Jordan, is it that small bro? lol... Screw this place
Recently bought transmission with only 64,000 miles.After 2 months,check trans.light came on.Code says internal solenoid is bad.Still under warranty but when I called,was told I was supposed to replace all solenoids before install.Voids warranty.I didn't know I was suppose to rebuild it before using.Low miles but still had a problem.Do not plan on using their warranty.When you get it,consider it as is,where is.You are on your own
