I ordered a stroller, car seat, car seat support, and a pajama on 22/11/2025, spending over 1000K. Everything was in stock as I needed it urgently for an upcoming due date. The stroller arrived after a week, followed by the car seat and pajama the next day, which felt odd. Now, over two weeks later, I'm still waiting for the car seat support and customer service only provided a tracking number, which hasn't progressed. This situation is unacceptable, especially as I'm nearing my due date and worried about bringing my baby home without the complete car seat. UPDATE: Customer service has opened an investigation with the shipping company, which will take 5-10 business days! I can't wait that long. I understand I can use the car seat without the base, but it’s ridiculous that a product in stock has taken over three weeks to deliver. Instead of resolving issues promptly, it seems they just delay them. Very frustrating.
