On 18 December, my order for a product was cancelled without any explanation. As a result, I left a one-star review titled “order cancelled with no reason”. After reaching out to customer support, I was advised to place a new order for a different version, with the promise that the same discount would apply. I accepted this suggestion and reordered on 26 December, especially since I had a gift card to use. Unfortunately, this second order was also cancelled today, again without any reason or prior notice. At this stage, the problem is no longer about stock availability, but about a lack of reliability. I followed customer service's instructions precisely, yet ended up with two cancelled orders, wasted time, and an unusable gift card. Request: • A clear explanation for the cancellation of both orders • Either a guaranteed successful reorder with the previously applied discount • Or a cash refund for the gift card, allowing me to spend my money elsewhere. I genuinely wanted to buy this product, but repeated cancellations without explanation make it very difficult to trust the ordering process. UPDATE: Customer service has opened an investigation with the shipping company, which will take 5-10 business days! I can't wait that long. I understand I can use the car seat without the base, but it’s ridiculous that a product in stock has taken over three weeks to deliver. Instead of resolving issues promptly, it seems they just delay them. Very frustrating.

The service has been very disappointing! Promised delivery within 5 days hasn't happened, and I'm left wondering if it ever will.
