The service has been very disappointing! Promised delivery within 5 days hasn't happened, and I'm left wondering if it ever will. I've tried contacting them via email and their contact form with no responses. I even called and waited for 30 minutes without anyone picking up! I ordered a gift for a friend abroad a week ago, and now I have to travel without it!
