The 50-minute MRI was surprisingly comfortable, allowing me to watch a movie during the procedure. However, the experience turned frustrating afterward. My results consultation was canceled without warning, and I only found out after waiting in an empty video call for 20 minutes and then calling to inquire. They cited "scheduling issues" affecting multiple patients. The soonest they could reschedule was two weeks later. Given the cost of this procedure, which promises results in 5-10 business days, making patients wait weeks for potentially critical health discussions is unacceptable. Initially, I was offered a $200 refund, but that changed to a $200 credit toward a future scan, citing that my payment was made via gift card. This should not be my problem. The disconnect between their premium branding and actual service is stark. For such a high-priced service, better communication and accountability are expected. I will be looking for other options next time.
