For such an expensive procedure promising results in 5-10 business days, making patients wait weeks for discussions on significant health findings is unacceptable. Initially offered a $200 refund, this changed to a credit for a future scan, citing my payment method. This should not be my concern. The gap between their premium branding and actual service is glaring. I expect better communication and accountability for this price point.

I cannot endorse this service. Based on previous imaging studies, I knew I had fatty liver and a kidney cyst, which were both missed in the report. When I brought this to their attention, they revised the report without indicating that the scans were reviewed again. My concern is that if they overlooked these obvious issues, what else could they have missed? The purpose of using this service is for early detection and peace of mind, which I did not receive.

This raises concerns about the reliability of their technology. Having invested a significant amount in the scans and related expenses, I find the lack of confidence in the results disheartening. While the friendly staff and pleasant environment were commendable, they couldn't compensate for the shortcomings in the scan's efficacy. I find it hard to recommend this procedure to others.
Avoid this service—it’s a major waste of time. The radiologists failed to identify at least two issues I clearly noted in my welcome packet, which were visible on the scans. For a month, I tried to contact them regarding this oversight, and they attempted to amend my online results without indicating that a second review was needed. I have no faith in these results and have reported them to the appropriate authorities.
