The technician mentioned that the front desk staff would explain the next steps, but they just handed me a packet and told me to call an 800 number for further information. It was then I learned about the 4 to 5 week wait for results. Very disappointing, especially considering the cost. I wish I had read reviews beforehand; it seems the focus is more on getting people through the MRI process rather than prioritizing patient care.
