Booking the initial appointment was straightforward, but after the MRI, no one seemed to know what would happen next. The technician mentioned that the front desk staff would explain the next steps, but they just handed me a packet and told me to call an 800 number for further information. It was then I learned about the 4 to 5 week wait for results. Very disappointing, especially considering the cost. I wish I had read reviews beforehand; it seems the focus is more on getting people through the MRI process rather than prioritizing patient care.
