They cited "scheduling issues" affecting multiple patients. The earliest reschedule was two weeks later. For such an expensive procedure promising results in 5-10 business days, making patients wait weeks for discussions on significant health findings is unacceptable. Initially offered a $200 refund, this changed to a credit for a future scan, citing my payment method. This should not be my concern. The gap between their premium branding and actual service is glaring. I expect better communication and accountability for this price point.
