I received an email prompting me to submit my documents, which I did successfully. My personal ID and residency ID were accepted, and I was able to create my account! However, when trying to add the Digital Token from my employer through the “add payment” button in my account, I keep getting the same error message about authentication and that I should expect an email for ID submission, which never arrives. This happens while I’m logged into an account that’s supposedly authenticated! I replied to the initial email about this issue two days ago, but haven’t received a response. My funds of 92 euros seem to be slipping away due to this ongoing issue, despite my authentication with documents. Regards.
