Forces you to input your personal info, so you can't use this card anonymously versus other ones you can get at a gas station, variety shop etc. That's fair for security reasons. However, even if you do, it will ask you to log into a third party website and upload government ID. No way in heck I'm doing that. I guessed I lost out on my 25 bucks.

Nearly there, but not quite

I received an email prompting me to submit my documents, which I did successfully. My personal ID and residency ID were accepted, and I was able to create my account! However, when trying to add the Digital Token from my employer through the “add payment” button in my account, I keep getting the same error message about authentication and that I should expect an email for ID submission, which never arrives. This happens while I’m logged into an account that’s supposedly authenticated! I replied to the initial email about this issue two days ago, but haven’t received a response. My funds of 92 euros seem to be slipping away due to this ongoing issue, despite my authentication with documents. Regards.

I DID get the email from you leading me to submit my documents, which I was able to successfully do. I appreciate the gesture. My personal ID and registered residency ID were accepted by the verification team and I was actually able to create my account! Yay!

Still, when I am trying to add the Digital Token I got from my employer by clicking on the “add payment” button from WITHIN MY ACCOUNT, I get the same old error message saying I was not able to be authenticated and that I should get an email asking me to submit my personal ID and registered residency ID. That email, as already you could guess, is not arriving. Ever.

ALL THIS WHILE I AM LOGGED INTO MY ACCOUNT WHICH WAS IN THEORY ALREADY AUTHENTICATED!

I responded to the first email I got from you guys with this issue 2 days ago and did not hear anything back (although the email was not marked as “noreply”).

At this point my poor 92 euros that I am trying to claim and that I got from my employer seems to be getting further and further away because y’all are gatekeeping it even though I have already been authenticated with my documents. RIP.

Terrible service

This company is truly disappointing. I raised an issue regarding access to a prepaid card, but they haven't addressed it at all, effectively taking the value of the card away.

Completely frustrating experience

This service is incredibly frustrating. I was promised £250 cashback through a prepaid card, but after clicking the link in the email, my account was locked. Customer service is unhelpful and only tells me to wait for emails. I was promised this cashback before paying for the product, and now I can't access it. It’s a complete waste!

Mixed feelings about the service

UPDATE: After my previous review, I managed to get through via phone and was directed to a new website where I found my PIN. I finally used my card successfully today, but the process was frustrating and I wouldn’t recommend them for future use. My gift card from my colleagues after 40 years of service almost expired because of this. Avoid them if possible.

Feeling scammed

This service feels like a scam. I've tried multiple times to use the cards, but they never work. I contacted support via live chat, but neither representative was able to assist. The card is about to expire, and unless I get a refund for a usable card, I will report this to the payment provider. I won’t stop until I resolve this.

Lost a significant amount of money

I received three virtual prepaid cards worth $1000 through my employer's rewards program. I was told I needed a digital token, which I didn't receive initially. After finally receiving it, the tokens didn't work for payment. Due to health issues, I couldn't redeem them on time, and now the cards are expired. Customer service said I could get replacements for a fee, but after two days, I received no email confirmation. The representative said replacements aren’t eligible! This is unacceptable, and I want my money back. Corporations should stop using their services.

Strongly advise against this service

I attempted to use my card, but it showed a zero balance and indicated it was expired, despite having $150 on it. Customer service is nonexistent; I can’t reach anyone. This company feels fraudulent. I don’t recommend using them. Following their instructions led to nothing working. It's as if they are stealing money!
