I received two virtual cards, one for $100 and another for $500, but neither works. The $100 card says it expired, and the $500 card can’t be found in the system. Customer service claims nothing can be done since one is expired, and they want card numbers for the other, which I can't provide as the link is broken. This company needs to improve their communication and provide essential identifiers. They are holding my money hostage, and I plan to report this practice.
