If I had an option, I wouldn’t even give this company 1 star. Prepaid Digital Solutions is a complete fraud. I had two virtual Visa gift cards, each worth $100, and I couldn’t use them anywhere. I tried multiple online platforms and wallets, but they simply didn’t work. Now, to my shock, I see that the cards have expired, and the amount is gone.When I contacted customer support, their response was infuriating — they said the amount was forfeited. Forfeited? How is that even acceptable? I was still trying to figure out how to use the cards! This company essentially stole my hard-earned money, and their process makes no sense.I can’t help but feel this is a scam. Stay away from Prepaid Digital Solutions. They are unreliable, and their practices are questionable. Save your money and go with a more trustworthy option.
